Will callers know they're talking to AI?
It sounds natural and handles back-and-forth conversation well. If a caller asks, it tells them it's an AI assistant, and it can transfer them to a person whenever needed.
Do I need a new phone number?
No. You keep your current number and forward calls to your AI receptionist. You can forward all calls, only after-hours calls, or only calls you don't pick up.
What calendars does it work with?
Google Calendar, Outlook, Calendly and most popular booking tools. If you use something else, ask us and we'll check.
What if it doesn't know the answer?
It takes a message with the caller's details and texts it to you right away, or transfers the call if it's urgent. We review calls and add new answers over time.
